The Max M Series are a range of solid fuel fired, water wall cum smoke tube boilers. They are three pass, radiation chamber cum shell type IBR steam boilers. It consists of an external furnace with a water wall. The various working pressure options suitable for the Max M series are 10.54, 14.5, 17.5, 21 kg/cm² and above

The Max M series offers various types of feeding system options, such as a bubbling bed with automatic feeding, travelling grate, chain grate, etc.

With capacities ranging from 1 TPH to 8 TPH, the Max M series is suitable for various types of fuels like coal, bagasse, wood, lignite, briquettes and more.

A thermal efficiency of 82 ± 2% can be obtained on NCV, which can be increased to 84 ± 2% on NCV with a heat recovery unit. An economiser or an air preheater can be added as a heat recovery unit to improve efficiency.
